DEI Travel Funds Application
The faculty of the ChemE DEI Committee would like to make you aware of potential department funds to travel to DEI-related events and conferences.
Applications for these funds are reviewed three times a year. The deadlines are: April 1 for travel between May and August, August 1 for travel between September and December, and December 1 for travel between January and April the following year. Applications can be submitted using the form linked here.
There are many different events that could qualify for such funding, including the NSBE Annual Convention, SACNAS National Diversity in STEM Conference, NOBCChE Conference, and SHPE Academic Conference. Students are encouraged to reach out to the chemE DEI committee before applying to see if their proposed event is likely to be appropriate for this funding opportunity.
